The Bistro

Located just inside Holiday Inn Convention Center, the Bistro offers a multi-functional and hip space to host social events in San Marcos. Whether you are hosting a cocktail mixer, private party or corporate event, the Bistro will work for you!

Haven Management hosted their 2018 Holiday party at the Convention Center and it was a hit! Starting at the Bistro, Haven Management hosted a social hour, where guests had drinks, finger food and music while everyone was arriving.

The Bistro can accommodate up to 80 guests for a cocktail party, with additional space available on the patio. The Bistro can be used in combination with our venue's other banquet rooms to create a multi-phase party -- from reception to cocktail hour to dinner and dancing.
